Here at Mark Ryden Backpack, we stand behind the quality of our backpacks. The satisfaction of our customers is of our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied after receiving your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. No questions asked.
- We are terribly sorry if you receive a damaged or defected product from us. Please notify us as soon as possible about the situation and we will be more than happy to assist you.
- We can not offer a refund if you do not notify us within the 30 days of your purchase.
- At this time, we do not offer an exchange for products purchased. We ask that you instead ask for a refund. Thank you for understanding!
- In the event that you would like to return your purchased product(s) please follow the instructions below:

- Order Number
- Reason for return (optional)
- After approval, please ship your purchased product(s) back to our main corporate office at:

- After we receive your purchased product(s), we will notify you that your product has been received
- Your refund will be processed and applied back to your credit/debit card within 5-20 business days.
- Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of your purchase.
- We can not offer refunds to shipments that go stolen/missing during shipment transportation.
- We can not offer refunds to shipments that have been marked "delivered", but have been stolen or missing.
- A physical product must be shipped back to us in the event of a return.
- The physical product that you purchased, but would like to return must be in good standing condition when received by our main corporate office.
