How do I cancel my order?

Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of your purchase by emailing contact@agarthacorp.com.

In your cancellation email, please provide the following information from your order, including first name, last name, and email. 

Please note that if your package has already been shipped out, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

How do I make changes to my order?

In the event that wrong information was inputted into your order, please email contact@agarthacorp.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

How is my order processed?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process.

Products purchased together are usually shipped separately.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to you via email 3-7 days after your purchase.

This tracking email will have a clickable tracking link.

Please check your tracking number periodically, making sure your product arrives at the proper place.

How do I return my product?

Don't like your product? We'll make it right!

Here at Agartha Corp, we stand behind the quality of our products. The satisfaction of our customers is of our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied after receiving your product, please email us at contact@agarthacorp.com within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. No questions asked.

Damaged Goods

We are terribly sorry if you receive a damaged or defected product from us. Please notify us as soon as possible about the situation and we will be more than happy to assist you. We can not offer a refund if you do not notify us within the 30 days of your purchase.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer an exchange for products purchased. We ask that you instead ask for a refund. Thank you for understanding! 

Returns

In the event that you would like to return your purchased product(s) please follow the instructions below:

Email contact@agarthacorp.com, providing your: first name, last name, email, and reason for return

After approval, please ship your purchased product(s) back to our main corporate office at: 60 Stanford Court, Irvine, CA, US 92612

After we receive your purchased product(s), we will notify you that your product has been received.

Your refund will be processed and applied back to your credit/debit card within 5-20 business days.

What is your policies on refunds?

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of your purchase.

We can not offer refunds to shipments that go stolen/missing during shipment transportation.

We can not offer refunds to shipments that have been marked "delivered", but have been stolen or missing.

A physical product must be shipped back to us in the event of a return.

The physical product that you purchased, but would like to return must be in good standing condition when received by our main corporate office.
